UPDATE 11-24

Loot;

All loot has been fixed.

Zones;

HohonorB;

Every monster out of combat will now completely heal it's self, to prevent possible bugging.
Trash respawn timer lowered to 5 minutes.
Boss respawn timer raised to 20 minutes.
Trash has been scaled correctly below are stats;
Uthors Guards are now 200 HP, 10 MINDMG, 20 MAXDMG.
Guard are now 300 HP, 20 MINDMG, 30 MAXDMG.
Guardian of Peria are now 400 HP, 30 MINDMG, 40 MAXDMG.
All changed from 200 HP on everything, 20 MINDMG, 40 MAXDMG.

Spells;

Warlord Discilplines SHOULD work correctly now, and display correctly.

Warlord;

Berserker Rage will now grant the correct haste at all ranks.

Mystic;

Bloodlust has been fixed all ranks.

Rune-Caster;

Writ of Cold now has a -500 resist on it. All ranks (Elite doubled), as well the recast time has been reduced to 4.5 seconds from 6 seconds.
Distracting Words now has a -250 resist on it. All ranks (Elite doubled), as well the recast time has been reduced to 15 seconds from 18 seconds.
Fiery Ridicule now has a -300 resist on it. All ranks (Elite doubled), as well the recast time has been redcued from 8 seconds to 6 seconds.
Frozen Epilogue now has a -250 resist on it. All ranks (Elite doubled).
