UPDATE;
~~~As always we recommend obtaining the spell file so you don't see spells that aren't spose to be cast on you, casted on you.~~~

General;
Peria has been reworked, she will now drop the key needed to enter The Theater of Imprisoned Horror.
Zone 2 is live and ready for testing as the public.
Spells;
Enrage's spell details are now fixed.
Every spell now has a base chance of 50% chance to hit, a few spells (like Rune-Casters spells), are a almost guaranteed chance to hit.
All spell scrolls, as well as Disc Tomes have had their NO-DROP flags enabled.
Quests;
Soon, (very soon), we will be having Quests live for The Temple of Marr, these quests will be how you obtain your NON-VISUAL items, and they will be REQUIRED to obtain your The Theater of Imprisoned Horror version of the gear, as well as your Tier 1 Non-visual items.
Items;
The Temple of Marr's items stats have been updated below are the following changes;
WARLORD;
Viper's Axe has had AGI and DEX added to it, and set to 2, as well as it's hit points raised to 125 from 100.
Viper's Mace has had AGI and DEX added to it, and set to 2, as well as it's hit points raised to 125 from 100.
Viper's Great Sword has had it's delay lowered from 50 to 48, and it's AGI raised to 3, as well as hit points raisd to 200 from 150.
Viper's Battle Axe has had it's delay lowered from 50 to 48, and added AGI and DEX set to 3, as well as hit points raised to 200 from 150.
Viper's Maul has had it's delay lowered from 50 to 48, and added AGI and DEX set to 3, as well as hit points raised to 200 from 150.
Viper's Shield's name has been changed to Viper's Kite Shield, and has had AGI and DEX added to it and set to 3, as well as it's hitpoints raised to 125 from 100.
All WLD items have had MANA taken away.
MYSTIC;
Viper's Wand has had it's hit points lowered to 50 from 75, and mana raised to 75 from 50, as well as delay lowered from 28 to 24, and it's STR, AGI and DEX removed.
Viper's Great Staff has had it's hit points lowered to 75 from 125, and mana raised to 125 from 75, as well as delay lowered from 50 to 46, and it's STR, AGI and DEX removed.
Viper's Orb has had it's hit points lowered to 50 from 75, and mana raised to 75 from 50, as well as had AC added to it, and it's STR, AGI and DEX removed.
ASSASSIN;
Viper's Dagger has had it's hit points lowered to 100 from 125, and damage lowered from 6 to 4.
ALL ASN items have had MANA, STR, and WIS taken away.
RUNE-CASTER;
Viper's Book Staff has had it's hit points lowered from 125 to 50, and mana raised to 150 from 75, and had it's damage taken away.
Viper's Shield has had WIS removed and added 2 INT, as well as had AC added to it.
DEFILER;
Viper's Scythe has had it's hit points raised to 75 from 50.
Viper's Two-Handed Scythe has had it's hit points raised to 125 from 50, and it's mana raised to 75 from 50, and has had one damage added to it, as well as delay lowered from 50 to 48.
Viper's Shrunken Head has had it's AC raised from 3 to 10, and it's hit points raised from 50 to 75.
MISC;
AC on all armor has been raised.
Viper's Melee Gem has had it's mana raised from 25 to 75.
Viper's Caster Gem has had it's hit points raised to 50 from 25.

Starting with The Theater of Imprisoned Horror - Assassin's will have different sword then Warlords, and the name of the shields will be more clear as to use can use them to prevent any mis-looting errors, as well loot chances will be lowered.
Prismatic Dye has been added to the merchant... For a cost.
AA's;
All Vetern AA's have been removed.
We are working on our own Custom AA's, once we get them in place, you will be able to venture into higher levels! We hope to have this completed by Tier 4.
DEV NOTE ~~
The change made to Peria will make people have to progress back and beat her, but since The Temple of Marr has been cleared by a couple different people, we've made her drop 6 of her keys. The key to T1 will drop 2 at a time, for now. The few changes we've made to gear will help clean them up, like clean names on shields, so you don't loot a Mystic shield when you meant to loot a Warlord shield. The reason we've removed melee damage on Rune-Casters is, with their casting ability we feel it's not fair they have such strong spells (non-resisted spells), with low cooldowns AND melee damage, it makes them the most over powered in the game. We're going to be doing testing on who has the best DPS when T1 gear comes out. We will judge from there what stats we need to adjust. We here at Uthra thank you for playing on our server, and we hope you continue with us through Balance being released and eventually Uthra.
